In addition, this Free Car Care Clinic offers the customers discounts on spare parts, labour charges, accessories and other value added services. The manufacturer is also giving out prizes and gifts during this activity.

Rakesh Srivastava, Senior VP, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, "Indian customers’ need and preference are constantly evolving, we at Hyundai believe in understanding and innovating towards providing the best products and services to its valued customers. Hyundai’s ‘Free Car Care Clinic' is a way forward and has always received an overwhelming response from customers and this year too, we hope to see increased participation in the clinic across the country. Through initiatives like these we fulfil our aim of providing best of products and services to our customers to enjoy a value-added ownership experience."

Hyundai organises this Free Car Care Clinic through the year. It is a nationwide customer connect program, where existing car owners bring their cars to dealerships for periodic check-up and maintenance. Such after-sales initiatives are a good way for manufacturers to stay associated with consumers, which also enable them to cater to their demands time and again and in an efficient way.
