India's largest passenger car exporter, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), has increased the wide array of its exclusive services by declaring the commencement of its 13th edition ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ campaign. The event was started on September 14, lasting till September 23, 2012 and is organised at more than 830 workshops of the company spread across length and breadth of the country.
Officially declaring the launch of campaign, Executive Director of HMIL, C. H. Han, quoted, “At Hyundai we believe in keeping pace with the evolving customer needs and preferences. Our customer engagement programmes like ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ allows us to understand their requirements and helps us connect with them. Through these initiatives we reaffirm our commitment to provide the best of products and services to our customers and enjoy a value-added ownership experience.”
Reportedly, the ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ is providing an all inclusive 80 point check-up and a complete evaluation of the car, including its engine, electrical system, transmission unit, under-body, air conditioner and exterior, among others. The potential customers of Hyundai India are also provided with a 10 per cent off on the purchase of spare parts, few accessories, extended warranty and other handful of value added services. Besides, the company is also providing a discount of up to 20 per cent on the labour charges.
M/s Shell India, the countrywide sponsor of the event, is also providing several schemes through this clinic and those customers who have enrolled with Hyundai for over four years are also offered with additional freebies and goodies. Gifts like 9 Grand Stand Tickets for F1 circuit race, 100 extended warranties and enticing prizes are also offered to the individuals who are attending the camp.
