Hyundai launched an online car booking service in India today. With the commencement of this new platform, prospective car buyers can book their car with a booking amount beginning from Rs 5,000 to Rs 1 lakh depending on the model.
The carmaker's main aim in starting this online booking is to add to the convenience of customers while buying a car. This will reduce the efforts taken by a prospective buyer in going to a dealership for paying a booking amount to the dealer. He can now select the dealership he prefers online and make the booking on the web itself. The delivery can then be taken through their selected dealership.
Hyundai's online booking has been kick started today through their corporate and mobile website (www.hyundai.co.in.). The manufacturer's intention is also to add to the virtual experience while buying a car. The other needs will be taken care by the 477 outlets and 1,250 Hyundai workshops across India.
