      Hyundai clubs 5 Star Assurance Program with Santro and i10

      Hyundai Motor India Limited, the second largest car maker in the country is gearing up for strategic catapult of its share in the passenger car market with the introduction of value added services on its flagship models, Santro and the next generation i10. The limited period scheme termed as the 5 Star Assurance Program will encompass services ranging from maintenance to road side assistance in a bid to uplift the customer satisfaction quotient.

      The assurance program composes of total maintenance assurance, motor assurance, warranty assurance and roadside assurance. The total maintenance assurance is aimed at providing free maintenance service for 3 years or 40,000 Km whichever is earlier and also includes all repair and services.

      The warranty assurance provides extended warranty for the 3rd year or 40,000 km and the motor assurance program offers an all-inclusive motor insurance at Re.1. The 5 Star Assurance Program embodies a free 24 X 7 roadside assistance for 2 years and a unique exchange and loyalty offer of Rs. 15,000 with a view to offer greater worth to its customers.

      Mr. Arvind Saxena, Director (Sales & Marketing), Hyundai Motor India Limited, commented, "Our new 5-Star Assurance Program is designed to offer 360-degree services to our customers ranging from maintenance to roadside assistance. The primary objective being to enhance customer satisfaction long after the purchase has been made."

      The automaker has initiated the program in a move to capture greater stake for its petrol powered hatchbacks, Santro and next gen i10 as the sales of the two cars have drastically declined in the last year owing to rising demand for diesel run cars.
