In order to prevent issues during the monsoon season, Hyundai has organised a free car check-up camp this month. Called the 'Free Car Care Clinic', this service initiative will begin on 12 July and continue till 21 July for Hyundai customers.
All 1,265 Hyundai dealerships will be prepared during this period for a free vehicle inspection. A Hyundai car owner can get his/her vehicle checked through a 50-point program, which includes examination of the engine, AC, vehicle body, electric system etc. Customers visiting the workshop during this period will also be offered various discounts on spare parts, labour, accessories and value added services. Another benefit formulated includes a 30 per cent discount on extended warranty.
This nationwide ‘Free Car Care Clinic' is in its 24th edition this year. It is a customer connect program organised to bring in customer satisfaction. Other customer engagement activities will be added to ensure customer delight.
