Honda Two-Wheelers have always been known to deliver machine that are advanced on the technological front. This time too Honda plans on being slightly ahead of popular 150 cc segment in the country with the upcoming 160 cc bike in the country. As per sources, Honda may launch its much anticipated bike sometime in November this year. The 160 cc bike is likely to be positioned above its popular Trigger model.
Technical and pricing details for the 160cc bike is not known for now, but it is expected to be a better performer than the Honda's Trigger model. The bike is anticipated to carry an aggressive design and it is likely that it may be priced a under Honda's fully faired CBR 150R. It is also being said that the new bike may be based on Auto Expo 2014 showcased CX01 motorbike, bu there has been no conformation by the company on this.
In recent times, Yamaha has launched its better looking and fuel efficient variant of FZ and Fazer motorbikes in the 150 cc segment. Suzuki on the other hand which is yet to attain impressive sales numbers, has launched it much awaited Gixxer in the 150cc segment. Apart from Honda's Unicorn, the Trigger did not generate impressive sales number and with the launch of the new 160cc bike from Honda, fans are expected to return to this beloved Japanese brand.
