Honda has registered a growth of 26 per cent in December. It sold 12, 642 units as compared to 10, 071 units in December 2016. In addition, it also did a total of 129, 964 units in the period April to December as compared to 108,522 units in the same period for 2016 registering a growth of 20 per cent.
Honda’s success has no doubt come on the back of the sales of the facelifted Honda City as well as the Jazz based WR-V compact SUV which it launched last year. However, despite the SUV craze, it is the City which has led Honda’s charge registering a total sale of 62,573 units over the course of the year.
