      Harley Davidson India introduces 24x7 Road Assistance Program

      The Indian arm of Harley Davidson, the legendary American cruiser bike manufacturer, has introduced a 24x7 Roadside Assistance Program in the country. From now on if your beloved Harley unfortunately breaks down in the middle of nowhere, the company would help you in every way possible. Harley Davidson has launched the roadside assistance initiative in a joint collaboration with India Assistance, a completely owned subsidiary of Mapfre Assistance. This new on-road support initiative by American bike maker would be enjoyed by all of the company's registered owners in the country.

      Expressing his mind on the company's new Roadside Assistance Program in India, Anoop Prakash, Managing Director (MD), Harley Davidson India, was quoted as saying, “As a brand built around the customer, Harley Davidson is committed to providing our riders with a superior ownership experiences. With the team at India Assistance, we are now offering a menu of important services, 24×7 support, and trucks that can safely and efficiently tow our entire model line-up. The roadside assistance program provides a sense of safety and comfort to our customers who can now cruise Indian roads with greater peace of mind. Our investment is in line with our long term commitment to lead the development of leisure motorcycling in India.”

      As per the 24x7 road assistance initiative, Harley Davidson India aims to offer a sense of safety and on-road help to its customers across the country. In case of a breakdown, the company would send a truck that are capable of efficiently towing its fleet. Therefore, the domestic Harley riders can cruise through Indian streets with a better peace of mind. The immensely thoughtful 24x7 on-road assistance program covers several critical situations one can face during a road trip and provides accident/ flat tire/ breakdown support, fuel delivery, coverage extension and provision of local taxi, along with relay of urgent messages via a dedicated helpline. Harley Davidson India has set up a call centre and has employed trained staff for ensuring smooth operations of its 24x7 road side support.
