This is not a show car purpose-built to wow Geneva. It is an actual customer car, the one that has been ordered by one gentleman with money that would probably make Richie Rich look pauper. The Rolls Royce Ghost Elegance taking centre stage at the Rolls Royce pavilion in Geneva has been painted in real diamonds.
The Elegance has been built under the Bespoke programme which is known to create some extraordinarily personalised cars for the Rolls Royce clientele. The long-wheelbase Rolls Royce Ghost is painted in the Diamond Stardust paint with 1000 diamonds crushed in it. The car is painted in the two-tones of black and silver with red and black coach-lines.
The Diamond Stardust paint gets a thick clear coat as well, making sure the paint finish is as immaculate as every other Rolls even to touch. It took three Rolls Royce paint specialists to create this paint which has actual crushed diamonds more than two months to get it right.
