The 2019 Santa Fe will be available in two petrol and one diesel engine options. The 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine generates 183bhp of power, while the 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol generates 230bhp. The 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel generates 188bhp of power. All the engines come mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that powers all-four wheels. In terms of safety, the new Santa Fe gets blind spot warning, automatic emergency braking and rear cross-traffic warning. Moreover, the sensor detects and alerts the driver if there’s an occupant in the rear seat. Additionally, it also prevents opening of doors if a pedestrian, vehicle or cyclist approach the vehicle.
