Ford Europe has introduced a new Ka+ Colour Edition.
The hatchback is now available in six new solid colours with distinctive contrasting black details. The Colour Edition of the Indian-built Ka+ is being offered in – Bright Yellow, Ruby Red, Smoke, Sparkling Gold, Moondust Silver, and Oxford White. All the exterior body colour comes with black accents on the front mesh grille, side body decals, blacked out mirror caps, roof and fender badges. Even the 15-inch alloy wheels are now done in black. To add to the sportier appeal, there is a slightly bigger roof-mounted spoiler at the back.
The new Figo which is exported to Europe as the Ka+ is powered by the same 1.2-litre Duratec petrol engine making 87bhp of power and mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The four-door five-seater hatchback is roomier and comes with a new MyFord Dock as well. There are a few mechanical differences in the Indian-spec Figo and the Euro-spec Ka+ though.
