Fiat India that recently launched the Abarth Punto, has now rolled out a special edition of the Punto Evo in the country. Called the Punto Sportivo, the limited edition comes with several exterior and interior accessories that make it worth Rs. 7.1 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Based on the diesel Active variant, this special edition features a 75bhp, 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engine. 
On the exterior, the car gets new Sportivo badges, white chequered graphics on bonnet, new side decals, a white roof, ORVMs with chrome garnish and rear parking sensors, and sporty rear spoilers. The special edition rides on 6x2 spoke 15-inch alloy wheels that get a new design. The vehicle also gets a dual tone exterior paint scheme i.e. red body and white roof. Inside the cabin, the Punto Sportivo features a 6.5-inch touch screen infotainment system, new seat covers (white and red), special carpet mats with FIAT branding and special flat door sill.
No mechanical changes have been made to the car. The Fiat Punto Sportivo is powered by a 1.3-litre Multijet diesel engine that is paired to a five-speed manual transmission. This powertrain belts out a maximum power of 75bhp at 4,000rpm and 197Nm of torque at 1,750rpm.
