The glamour quotient at this year’s Paris Motor Show will be at an all-time high as Ferrari plan to unveil its 350 special supercars at the event. The special edition supercars will be offered in celebration of its 70th anniversary. It is believed that an announcement in this regard was made to 100 Ferrari owners and collectors who had competed in the Ferrari Cavalcade held in Venice, Italy last month.

The special edition of the five cars from the current range will be inspired by the 70 most iconic cars from the past. The team at Maranello were asked to scan through the 70-year history of the company and identify the most iconic cars from the past which featured distinctive interiors and exteriors. Though there is no official update on which iconic models will be used as inspiration, it is believed that Ferrari might opt for the 488GTB Coupé,California T convertible, the F12 Berlinetta Coupé, 488 Spider and the new GTC4 Lusso.

As claimed by sources, the recently introduced special-edition Ferrari F12tdf has been well received. The reports go on to claim that the demand has already doubled even though some of the 799 units have been delivered to customers. More details about the 70th anniversary special edition cars will be known in the coming days.
