The upcoming Chevrolet Camaro was spotted on a number of instances earlier this year. However, it was recently spied testing in Colorado wearing lesser camouflage, which indicates that this may be close to the production model.

Facelifted Chevrolet Camaro spied testing with less camouflage

In this sighting, our photographers have shot the front nose that comes with a few design updates, new alloy wheels, a redesigned rear diffuser and refreshed tail lights. Sources admit that the car maker will keep external updates to a minimum since this is just a facelift.

Inside the cabin, the new Camaro is all-set to get more comfort features and be more tech-laden like its sibling, the Cadillac ATS. Reports claim that the biggest change that will be brought to this edition will be powertrain. Although the car maker hasn’t confirmed it, rumours state that the current engines will be spruced-up to make significantly more power. Plus, the new 10-speed automatic gearbox will be fitted as standard throughout the range.

Report suggest that the facelifted Chevrolet Camaro may be showcased at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show in January before getting launched later next year. Stay tuned for more information.
