      Detroit Auto Show ready to conjure coveted models

      The world is eagerly waiting for the North American International Auto Show, also known as the Detroit Auto Show, which commences from 9th January 2012 at Cobo Hall, Detroit. Around 40 new automobiles are expected to debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Cars under production-bound category will mostly include American models that carry diverse dimensions, besides taking good care of the luxury and fuel-efficiency quotient.  

      The 2013 Dodge Dart will be showcased under the small car segment that would strive to entice the American automobile aficionados counting on its unmatched exteriors, nine-speed automatic transmission and MultiAir engines. The 2013 Chevy Sonic RS will be another small car that would be added to the list of debutants.

      The 2013 Cadillac ATS will be seen in a head to head battle with the BMW 3-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The only way to win over BMW and Mercedes is to outperform these two market leaders in terms of sportiness and class.

      Buick, the subsidiary of General Motors has also decided to showcase its 2013 Encore model. This model will look forward to attract the buyers with its unique styling. The 2012 Porsche 911 Cabriolet is another highly acclaimed model that would raise the bars for the Detroit Auto Show. This new model is expected to be lighter, faster, more luxurious and more efficient as against the predecessor.

      Mercedes-Benz is ready to introduce its all-new SL-Class model at the January Detroit Auto Show. As per the reports, the 2013 SL-Class will race past the previous version as it hits the roads. The 2013 Bentley Continental GT V8 is also slated to be showcased at the 2012 North American Auto Show.

      This new Bentley model has been inspired by the sporty coupe of Continental GT and V8 engine of GTC model. Unlike other Bentley cars, the new model is expected to improve the gas mileage and reduce emissions. 

      The Acura NSX, Honda Accord Coupe and Nissan Pathfinder will also be making their way to the list of concept cars at the Detroit Auto Show. In addition, revised version of Hyundai Genesis Coupe and Lexus LX SUV will be on display. Thus, with elite automobile names finding a place in the upcoming event, the Detroit Auto Show promises to pull the U.S. spectators in abundance.
