The Datsun brand under the Nissan flagship is due to launch its second product, an MPV named Datsun Go+ for the Indian market. Datsun has already started production of Go+ MPV at its Chennai facility and if reports are to be believed, the vehicle may be launched early next year. In the Indonesian market, the Go+ MPV has been generating a good amount of sales number, and the company expects that the brand shall generate similar sales number in the domestic market too.
The Datsun Go+ is likely to be competitively priced in its segment. The vehicle shall be powered by 1.2 Liter, three cylinder petrol engine that is capable of delivering about 68 Ps of power. The suspension and drive quality shall be impressive and reliable. The third row seating arrangement is also stated to be designed for maximum comfort. Moreover, it can be completely folded to make space for luggage. More details about the upcoming MPV shall be known during an official announcement made by the company in this regard.
