Chevrolet India has organised a monsoon service camp for their customers this weekend. At present, Chevrolet car owners from Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can get their cars checked at the nearest service centre free of cost. This check-up camp will then move to other regions across the country as well.

The company has initiated this campaign to get the periodic maintenance of Chevrolet cars done and also educate their customers about the same. Under the complementary check-up scheme, Chevrolet workshops will check the brakes, light bulbs, electrical, battery and tyres. Technicians will also inspect the other parts of the vehicles for maintenance and recommend parts to be changed and to be replaced if needed. Apart from the check-up, the manufacturer is also providing some discounts on some spare parts.

Markus Sternberg, Vice President, Aftersales Chevrolet India, said, “Chevrolet vehicles are built to the highest safety standards and we want to ensure our customers and their families continue to enjoy safe motoring. Chevrolet India keeps customers at the center of everything. Through Chevrolet’s Complete Care programme, we aim to deliver a consistently satisfying and truly valuable vehicle ownership experience for all new and existing customers."

Chevrolet's free check-up camp is a good initiative to strengthen their customer-base in our country. It is gradually evolving and adopting a customer-centric approach to enhance the consumer experience. Such camps not only help a car owner to take care of their vehicle and maintain it in a better way, but the company also keeps their consumers engaged and delighted through such offers and discounts.
