Carnation Auto, the brainchild of the former MD of Maruti Udyog Ltd, Jagdish Khattar, is eying to set-up as many as 200 centers of the firm across the Indian market over the period of next four years. At present, the firm has some mere 25 Carnation Auto centers in the Indian market.
Marking its debut in the Indian auto market about three years back, Carnation Auto has delivered services to over 2.5 lakh vehicles in the country. According to Mr. Khattar, the firm would be growing at a much higher pace in the future with plans of boosting its presence in over 100 locations across the country, over a period of coming four years.
In a recent statement, Mr. Khattar said that now more and more and more people are having their after sales and service related repairs done at the Carnation Auto solution hubs, opting against going to OEM service centers or neighborhood car garage.
At present, Carnation Auto offers end to end solutions in the Indian auto market including servicing, car accessories, mechanical and body repair, 24x7-roadside assistance for breakdowns and insurance renewal. Moreover, the firm also offers Workshop on Wheels for periodic maintenance at the doorstep of customers. In addition to this, the company also sells preowned cars after thoroughly checking, testing and certifying them.
