Bugatti delivered its first Chiron to a customer in the US at the Pebble Beach Concoursd'Elegance 2017, which witnesses a wide range of iconic cars from both the pre-war and post-war periods. Production of the new Buggati Chiron is limited to just 500 units. Bugatti claims that the hypercar, which is priced at $2.998 million (Rs 19.22 crore) has already sold more than half of its total series around the world.

Under the hood, the Chiron is powered by an 8.0-litre quad-turbo 16-cylinder engine that produces a massive 1,479bhp of power and 1,600Nm of torque. An insane amount of power is sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The top speed is electronically restricted to 420kmph but without the limiter, it can do speeds in excess of 463kmph. Given the massive power output figures, it is not surprising that the Chiron can sprint from standstill to 100kmph in just 2.4 seconds.

The Bugatti Chiron gets a unique yellow and black paint scheme. The front half and the doors are painted in yellow, while the rear, side-skirting and the roof are done in black colour. A similar theme has been carried out on the interiors as well, where the yellow leather is used as inserts and highlights on the seats. The hypercar offers the best in safety equipment, performance and comfort.
