      BMW to entice Indian audience with the launch of 2013 X1 on February 14

      BMW India, a world renowned German luxury automotive maker, is working round-the-clock towards the launch of its 2013 X1 facelift in domestic car market on February 14, 2013. The BMW X1 is a compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) and one of the company's best selling models in the Indian luxury car market. The German auto major assembles its X1 model locally and thus, has managed to keep its pricing within tolerable limits in the country. Currently, the BMW X1 faces some stiff competition from the likes of fellow German rivals- Audi Q3 and Mercedes-Benz B-Class Sports Tourer in the Indian luxury passenger car market.

      The yet-to-be launched 2013 BMW X1 facelift model will come trimmed with a number of exciting and aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior attributes. The compact SUV will incorporate new front fascia, revamped headlamps, along with remodelled rear bumper and tailgate. The interior setting has also been redone and features redesigned central console, silver tipped accents on the steering wheel and chrome accentuated air vents.

      Evidently, the 2013 BMW X1 facelift has been launched in the Indonesian auto market. Speaking of under-the-hood specifications of the 2013 X1 revamp, the stylish compact SUV will see Indian daylight in both petrol and diesel guises. The BMW X1 petrol trim is powered with a 2 litre petrol motor that produces a peak power output of 177 bhp, whereas the diesel model incorporates a 2 litre powertrain that belts out a maximum power output around 150 bhp.
