BMW has launched the all new M6 Gran Coupe in India at Rs 1.75 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). M6 Gran Coupe is the performance oriented edition of 6 Series Gran Coupe that the company launched recently in India. M6 Gran Coupe is available in India as a completely built unit.
BMW M6 Gran Coupe is packed with a 4.4 litre V8 gasoline motor with two win scroll turbochargers belting out a maximum power output of 552 Bhp between 6,000 to 7,000 RPM and a peak torque of 680 Nm between 1,500 to 5,750 RPM. The robust engine enables vehicle to sprint from 0 to 100 kmph within 4.2 seconds and attain a top speed of 250 Kmph. The engine is mated to a seven speed dual cluctch automatic transmission that transmits power to the rear wheels. M6 Gran Coupe available in international markets offers enhanced power output along with an increased wheel rim size of 20 inch.
India-spec M6 Gran Coupe is being proffered with M performance kit which comprise of reworked bumpers, carbon fibre roof restyled wheel arches lending masculine look to the vehicle, 19 inch wheels among others. Presence of quad-tipped exhausts enhances the overall look of the car. The interiors also render a sporty appearance to the vehicle. The vehicle will face competition from other luxury cars in its segment including Audi RS 7 and Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG.
