As per a fresh revelation made by sources, an advertiser named Contibikestore has advertised on Malaysian classification portal stating start of bookings for the much awaited BMW G310R for refundable deposit of RM 300 (About Rs 5,000). Sources have further indicated that the bike may be offered for a price tag of around Rs 4.11 lakhs – INR 4.92 lakhs (RM 25,000 – RM 30,000).
The BMW G310R shall be powered by 313cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with four valves and two overhead camshafts that comes mated to 6-speed gearbox. The powerful engine comes blessed with electronic fuel injection system that generates about 33.5bhp at 9,500rpm and 28Nm of torque 7,500rpm. If launched in India it could debut in second half of this year.
