The 2012 Delhi Auto Expo is set to raise its bars as it is expected to showcase a multitude of world-class vehicles, haling from the car makers that lead the industry in the true sense. BMW Group is one such company that is gearing up to enthral the enthusiasts with its iconic product line. As a matter of fact, the luxury car maker will bring the Mini brand to India at the highly anticipated Delhi Auto Expo.

The British automotive marque owned by BMW will display its three advanced models namely, the three door Cooper Hatch, Cooper convertible, and Countryman SUV, confirming a great entry into Asia's biggest complete automotive show.

The Mini Cooper will land in the country in the form of completely-built units. Dr. Andreas Schaaf, President of BMW India was quoted as saying, "We will focus on the high-end market for performance oriented engines."

In the first quarter of 2012, two Mini Cooper dealerships would be functional in Delhi, and a third showroom will be inaugurated in Mumbai. During the later stages of 2012, states like Pune, Chennai, Chandigarh, and Bangalore will possess their own Mini Cooper dealerships.

Along with the landing of Mini on the Indian soil during early 2012, the 3-series convertible is likely to arrive at the time of Christmas. An all-new 3-series and the M5 are also expected to fascinate the aficionados next year.

Thus, in order to maintain the highest standards in the luxury car market in India, BMW is likely to tap every miniscule opportunity and set its top position in cement through unmatched class and sophistication.
