Mercedes-Benz India finally inaugurated its much awaited dealership of Madhya Pradesh. Based at Devas Naka, Ring Road, Indore, Benchmark Cars Indore is the sole dealership of the company in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Setting up this dealership is a part of company’s policy to strengthen its network in India. Mr. Sanjay Thakker, Chairman & Managing Director, Benchmark Cars Indore and Mr. Debashis Mitra, Director, Sales & Marketing inaugurated the 3S (Sales, Services & Spares) dealership.

Spread over a sprawling area of 20,000 sq. ft, the new facility in the industrial hub of Indore comprises a workshop and well structured showroom. The company took six months to built the 3S facility with an investment Rs. 5 crores. The new facility has been developed to provide ‘Mercedes-Benz experience’ to the customers. Exclusive customer lounge with Cafe Mercedes, Drive-in valet service and complete display of Mercedes-Benz cars are some of the highlights of this new showroom.
The accessories arena, boutique collection and audio-visual presentations are the highlighting attributes of the showroom. Services for car loans, insurance, and car-leasing options will be provided by the dealership, so as to help customers to easily own their dream Mercedes-Benz car. To provide superb vehicle ownership experience to customers, including sales and after sales service, 20 qualified professionals are employed by Benchmark Cars Indore.
With well-trained professionals and quality Mercedes-Benz equipment, the 3S facility matches the global standard of the company. Owing to the presence of 11 bays in the workshop of Benchmark Cars Indore, servicing of 10 cars can be done easily. Accident jobs, spare part replacement and general repairs are some of the activities of the workshop. The new facility has a separate driver’s lounge and it boasts of round-the-clock sales support.
