As all are aware that the most prestigious automobile exhibition of the country, Auto Expo, will be commencing shortly in 2014, speculations are rife that the venue of this event will be one of its highlights. Auto Expo 2014 will be held at a new location, India Expo Mart, Greater Noida and will showcase a multitude of cars from global and domestic market under one roof. Such a display requires a commodious place and efficient authority, the likes of which this new location boasts of. The auto fiesta will begin from 7th February and India Expo Mart is all geared up to carry it fastidiously.
Unlike the previous location Pragati Maidan, the new venue comprises 30 percent more space for the exhibition. Sprawling over 48,000 square metre, it includes 14 halls, which are all anticipated to be packed with disparate cars. Indian and international auto manufacturers will be seen explicating their designs and innovations in various seminar and conferences. A profusion of 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, concept vehicles, tyre and tube manufacturers and commercial vehicles will be displayed. Accompanying them would be the styling, engineering, design and marketing departments of the respective vehicle makers.
It is conjectured that the event will witness a swarm of almost 75,000 visitors everyday. For a superior level entertainment of audience, the event has also provisioned for multi-cuisine fine dining restaurants and interestingly, the exhibition halls will be Wi-Fi enabled. Along with, business class of the society will be appeased by the facilities of exclusive VIP and business lounges. The centralised public addressing system is equipped with Close Camera Circuit Television (CCTV) footage, so that the event is executed methodically. What's more intriguing is that the general public's comfort has been the primary focus of the authorities. Although the location can be traversed by Delhi Metro easily, the convenience of shuttle services has also been provided in certain places of Delhi-NCR and selected metro stations of Noida. Parking area is also available for people willing to commute through their own vehicles.
The Indian Expo Mart will exhibit the products of several companies like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Skoda, Nissan, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Fiat and the range manifolds. From the international market, the German auto giants like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Porsche, and other global companies, namely Jaguar, Land Rover, Jeep, Isuzu and Mini, will be participating at the mega event. Datsun will be re-entering the Indian auto market and the two-wheeler segment will be lead by auto giants like Mahindra Two Wheelers, Honda, Yamaha, BMW Motorrad, DSK Motors, Piaggio, Bajaj, Indian Motorcycle and Harley-Davidson.
The whole range seems too tempting for auto aficionados and with the ticket sales already started by the leading website of India, Bookmyshow, domestic buyers are eagerly waiting for the Auto Expo 2014 to flag off. Notably, the tickets will also be available on the spot at the venue. With organising authorities like Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the auto fair is expected to come up as a huge success. No matter what outcome of the Auto Expo 2014 is seen, one thing is ensured that the audience will be delighted to see an array of cars.
