Audi will be unveiling three new products at the 2016 Auto Expo in Greater Noida. The Ingolstadt-based automaker will be launching several products next year and it will be majorly showcasing its flagship range at the upcoming motor show. The three products that Audi will be showcasing will be:
1) New-generation R8: The new-generation R8 is due to be lunched in India and this will be unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo. Audi claims that the second generation R8 is lighter, powerful and even more dynamic. This has been made to race, as it shares about 50% of its parts with the R8 LMS. The V10 engine with all-wheel drive and Audi Virtual cockpit are some of the standard offerings of this sportscar.
2) Audi A8 L Security: We already have the Mercedes-Benz S-Guard, now Audi is introducing the A* L Security. This has been tested for resistance class VR9 and can even absorb the impact of an explosion. The company manufacturers each order entirely under its own supervision in a partnership between the Neckarsulm plant and a secure, top-secret factory. The A8 L is made of aluminium that keeps the weight relatively low. The entire chassis has been designed to meet the high security requirements.
3) The Audi prologue Concept: Audi claims that this concept car will be one of the high points at the 2016 Auto Expo. The technology and everyday practicality makes this a great concept and what Ingolstadt-based automotive manufacturer can produce. Making its debut at the Auto Shanghai, this is one concept vehicle that showcases Audi’s developed technologies.
