German automaker Audi had launched the RS7 Sportback in India last year. Known for its impressive performance and sporty styling, the automaker will be taking things to the next level with the more powerful RS7 Performance which is expected to be launched in October this year. The upcoming car was last showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo
Under the hood, the Audi RS7 Performance continues to be powered by 4.0-litre V8 engine which generates 600bhp of power and 750Nm of torque as against the older one which generated 554bhp of power and 700Nm of torque. The latest version does a 0-100kmph in just about 3.7 seconds and its top speed is electronically restricted to 250kmph. The German automaker claims that the RS7 Performance returns a fuel efficiency figure of 12.32kmpl.
The RS7 Performance does not get major upgrades in comparison to the regular model. The vehicle gets a single-frame radiator grille, sleek Matrix and large air scoops. Inside, the vehicle retains the existing pattern except for an update to the MMI system and a drive select toggle system positioned on the steering wheel.
