Audi, the well appreciated German luxury car maker, has celebrated the anniversary of its one of the most popular Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), Audi Q3 with a special finance offer on the bookings of first 100 units. This scheme was started from June 3, 2013 and is expected to help the brand to reach out to its followers for not just making the Q3 as the most successful model in its respective segment but also transforming the auto maker as the country's leading luxury car brand. Under this innovative financing scheme, customers will be provided with an opportunity to purchase their favourite SUV at easy monthly instalments of just Rs. 35,400 onwards, along with a down payment of Rs. 6 lakh. It must be noted that Audi Q3 is currently offered with a base price tag of Rs. 28,08,000 (ex-showroom Maharashtra) and is available in two engine options, namely 2.0 TFSI and 2.0 TDI.

On this move of the auto maker, the Head of Audi India, Michael Perschke was quoted as saying, “The youngest member of our family turned 1 today and it has been one special year for us. We are the market leaders in the luxury SUV segment and the Audi Q3 further consolidated that position for us. It is the only luxury SUV to garner 500 bookings in mere 5 days of its launch. So far we have sold 1850 units of Audi Q3. We are celebrating its anniversary with a very special offer for the first 100 Audi Q3 enthusiasts who want to own a slice of the Q-Life offered by Audi Q3. The success of the Audi Q3 in India and globally drives home the point that Audi is always at the forefront of producing cars that are dynamic, technologically advanced, fun to drive and that embody the brand philosophy of sportiness, progressiveness and sophistication.”

Interestingly, the auto maker has been offering a number of luring finance schemes across its Indian portfolio. Reportedly, the auto maker is continuing with its dealership and product expansion strategy in 2013 as it has already inaugurated three new dealerships in Mumbai South, Lucknow and Bhubaneswar.

Perschke later added, “With ever increasing customer groups demanding luxury mobility in a compact form, Audi Q3 led the way for the Four Rings to enter a new segment in India as a true compact luxury SUV. The Audi Q3 is a sporty, efficient and versatile urban vehicle. Every aspect of the Audi Q3 showcases Audi technology – the body, the drivetrain, the chassis and the assistance and multimedia systems and of course it has ‘quattro’. In fact, it is the ‘only’ compact SUV in its segment that offers quattro. These qualities make it an apt choice for the younger customer. Audi Q3 is an entry to the Q life; a life of excitement, glamour and glitz.”

As of now, the auto maker is looking ahead to expand its dealership count to 34 before the end of ongoing year, from existing 26 showrooms. In 2012, the company inaugurated new showrooms in Raipur, Kanpur, Goa, Navi Mumbai, Coimbatore, Delhi West, Nagpur and Bhopal.
