Audi India is currently ruling the luxury car segment of the country. Audi is the only luxury car brand that has managed to sell over 10,000 units for two consecutive years. In order to further improve its sales, the carmaker is aiming to launch a series of new and facelifted cars in the market this year. Audi has recently unveiled the facelifted Q3 crossover, and is expected to launch it in the Indian car market in the second quarter of this year. The new model has sharper looks, and is equipped with advanced features and efficient engines.

The 2015 Audi Q3 features new 3D effect SingleFrame grille, new alloys and bumper. It is equipped with restyled headlamps with xenon bulbs and LED daytime running lamps. At the rear, the crossover gets restyled LED tail lamps. Inside the cabin as well, the crossover gets some new features. As standard, the new model gets Audi Drive Select adaptive dynamics system, new three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, four-way electric lumbar support, separate zone climate control, a concert audio system with 6.5-inch manually retractable colour display screen, Audi music interface iPod connection and light and rain sensors.

The 2015 Audi Q3 will get the same 2-litre 4-cylinder TDI turbo diesel motor that powers the existing model. This engine will be offered in two states of tunes- 138bhp and 174bhp. The less powerful diesel model features the six-speed manual gearbox and front wheel drive system. The petrol version will be powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI unit that is good for 208bhp and 300Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive layout via a seven-speed dual clutch DSG automatic gearbox.
