The pan-India service campaign undertaken by the American car-maker Ford has kicked off in Bangalore from today. The Annual Monsoon Service Camps will be held in more than 200 cities across the country in a phased manner offering a 42-point check-up for all Ford cars for free. The Bangalore camp will go on till June 19.
“Being attentive to the needs of our customers is core to our promise in India. With the Ford Monsoon Camps across India, we are going to make customers feel like family. With our teams of trained technicians, we are all set to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy rains and have a hassle-free driving experience,” said N Prabhu, vice president, Customer Service Operations, Ford India.
Ford now sells four new cars in India – the Ford Figo hatchback, the Figo Aspire compact sedan, the Ecosport crossover SUV and the full-size Ford Endeavour SUV. Ford is offering cash discounts, buybacks and freebies for spares and services to reach out to the customers and ensuring that Ford owners have a hassle-free monsoon. It includes a free car wash and check-up, 50 per cent off on oil filter and wiper blades and ten per cent off on brake pads and shock absorbers. Ford is also offering certain tyres from a price tag of Rs 3,615 and Rs 1,000 buyback for battery replacement.
