      As a part of their after-sales and service initiatives, Renault India recently launched a My Renault app. The new application is aimed to add to enhance the customers' service and after-sales experience. Here's all you need to know about this new initiative.

      Renault says the new app is a customer's one stop shop to manage all their queries. The company wanted to bring all the information about their brand at their consumer's fingertips and the new app will just do that. In fact, in a simpler and enjoyable way. There are more than 60 features which can be accessed through this. For example, one can get to know their cars service history and also set reminders about service etc. They can refer to their car manual integrated into this app. It also offers digital vaults for important documents storage and supports digital payments too. 

      Car service appointments can now be booked by Renault car owners easily. They just have to login and book a slot. The app is integrated with the carmaker's dealer management system - Renault Connect. Apart from many personalisation options for cars, there are many offers and discounts offered through the app as well. Customers will be informed through sms, e-mails etc.

      The My Renault App can be downloaded for free by any user with a smartphone supporting Android and iOS platforms. It has been designed to be user-friendly and add to the ease of Renault car owners.
