Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched an updated Activa-i for 2016. The compact scooter will be available in three new colours and signify Honda’s seventh new model in 2016.
The refreshed Activa-i will be available in new hues of Pearl Trance Yellow and Candy Jazzy Blue in the standard variant of the scooter with the refreshing Imperial Red Metallic being offered only on the premium deluxe variant. The Activa-i has a sleek, lightweight and compact design which ups its style quotient.
Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Honda India said, “In line with our strategy to surprise our customers by adding freshness to our products regularly, the 2016 Activa-i is Honda’s seventh new model of 2016. With this, we are confident of driving rapid scooterization of two-wheeler industry”.
The new Activa-i will retain the 110cc HET engine (Honda Eco Technology) which produces 8 bhp and 8.74Nm of torque. The 2016 Activa-i will be sold at no extra cost with it being priced at Rs 50,255 (ex-showroom Mumbai).
