rna certainly is loaded with lots of features

Hello Shiva, The Verna certainly is loaded with lots of features. But you dont drive the features you drive the car right. And verna is not tht good of a car to drive. Its EPS power sterring is lifeless with no feedback and its high speed stability is questionable. If you really want AT in petrol go with Honda city AT its AT technology is the best in the category. Look no further than honda if you are buying petrol. Powerful fuel efficient, awesome interiors and interior space and low on maintenance. Donot go for diesel since your monthly running is low and you would end up spending more on maintaining the diesel vehicle than saving on petrol costs. In case you want a diesel look into vento/skoda rapid diesel. Big no for verna. Sub standard engineering. People tend to buy it only for its features and its design. Hyundai cars are known to develop rattles right in a span of one year.Make a good informed decision so that you wont regret it later.

It has been less than a year since the old Verna gave way to a new Verna Transform and now inside a year, it has been replaced with the all new Fluidic Verna. If the initial transformation from a chubby look to a cartoonish car has failed to create any ripples, the new fluidic 'transformed' Verna could be very much the new sensation in the segment and set markets ablaze, not just by the looks, but also by the package it has to offer. http://automate4u.com/2011/05/26/new-hyundai-fluidic-verna-test-drive-review/ Looks has never been the strength of Verna or of any Hyundai car for that matter, and till now Verna had clocked decent numbers owing to its sheer performance. www.automate4u.com But the new car in its brand new avatar is a real head turner and can be easily judged as the best looking car in its segment now.

I bought my 1.6 Sx Crdi VErna Fluidic in July 2011 and done 42500 KM as on date. The car has been a pleasure to drive, no technical flaws till date. Few suggestions that may be looked into by Hyundai: 1) The 195/55 R16 tyre may not be well suited for Indian road conditions, had two instances of tyre burst due to hitting a pot-hole at high speed. 2) The suspension is a little too soft and may have issues of under body rubbing with a load of 5 persons at speed-braker bumps! 3) There is a design flaw with the front bumper; the fog lamps are mounted on very flimsy clamps which break off on the slightest impact and need to replace the bumper to remount the fog lamps (have replaced twice till date and still have one fog light mounting broken) Else, I get a descent average of 13-14 kmpl in city and 18-21kmpl on highway driving. I have attempted high speed driving and the car handles well and with confidence (body rolls on uneven road at high speed) and is very stable too. ABS and EBD is sweet and is a great deal during high speed driving. No other engineering or technical flaws till date (18 months and 42,500 KM)

Verna is superb car it almost have good mileage and power you can gain more mileage while driving you just take care of taco meter don't give more acceleration and load to the vehicle for first 3 services. Shift the gear according to the speed that engine must be perfect make sure the rpm dont go beyond 2500 in top gear olso then adjust the speed accorrding to the rpm you will get more mileage tha 25 its sure just try it nd inform me i tried and i got it but one thing these engines are not good for rough drive ok

I got Hyundai Fluidic Verna 1.4 VTVT two years back and I love it like anything. It is simply awesome and one of the best cars. The vehicle is equipped with powerful 1.4L petrol engine that runs on 4 cylinder in-line DOHC VTVT engine that has 1396 cc displacement. The power generated by this engine is 106 hp at 6300 rpm at a peak torque of 135 Nm at 5000 rpm. Moreover, the five speed manual transmission of Verna is very efficient that helps the car in attaining high speed. Furthermore, the interiors of the car are quite appealing and stunning. The company has given Verna a very sporty exterior look. It has chrome front grille, door black out tapes, chrome outside door handles, LED turn indicators on outside mirror, full wheel cover and two tone chrome rear garnish that makes it look more beautiful. I am highly impressed with the music system installed in the car. It is equipped with 2 DIN audio system with MP3 Player and AUX-in and USB. There is also iPod cable, 4 speakers with Tweeters, steering mounted audio remote and audio hand remote. With all these latest gadgets, my journey in Hyundai Fluidic Verna becomes more comfortable and enjoyable. It also has Bluetooth connectivity with steering mounted call controls.

Got the delivery of my Verna 1.6 Crdi after almost six months but sheer delight to get behind the steering wheel,Engine starts Almost with negligible sound and you can not hear the sound of the engine on open road and cabin is absolutely silent with no vibration at all, This Verna Fluidic offers so much with fantastic mileage of over 21 km on highway with diesel power delivery is fantastic to start from zero you do not require to press the throttle powerful engine takes you ahead with lot of ease, steering feels very light at low speeds and gives very stable feel at higher speed fantastic road behavior amazing mileage , sturdy feel, and killing looks competition stands no where near to New Verna. I suggest every one to test drive VERNA FLUIDIC before buying Vento, SX4,Lenea,Skoda Rapid or any other sedan

I purchased a Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.4 VTVT a year back and have no complaints regarding the vehicle till now. Even though it is a base variant, the company has not compromised on any grounds. Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.4 VTVT is equipped with many unique features, which enhance its position in its segment. This car is packed with a powerful petrol engine having a displacement of 1396 cc. The maximum power produced by this engine is 105 bhp at 6300 rpm, whereas highest torque attained is 135 Nm at 5000 rpm. Five speed manual transmission of this car is quite effective and helps the engine in attaining a good speed. Along with a powerful engine, Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.4 VTVT is packed with impressive interiors. The appealing lightning of the interiors warmly welcome its passengers and thus create a smooth ambience. Moreover, the blue interior illumination and driver side auto-down power windows add to the comforts of occupants. In addition to appealing interiors, the exteriors are also combined with sporty look. The chrome tipped dual muffler, LED turn indicators on outside mirror, chrome front grille, door black out tapes and full wheel cover increases the elegance of exteriors.

I think u should go for hyundai verna as it is total value for money car.i am using fluidic verna for last three months.it has great looks as well as luxury interiors and most of the all hyundai's reliable after sale service whr as vento's maintaince is very expensive and it is lack of features where as honda is not available in diesel as you are looking for diesel sedan.i think you should wait bcause nissan sunny and skoda lauretta are coming.
