Whats Good

What i like in this car - Ton's of space inside the car. I have a swift ZXI at home and considering both there is huge amount of space in Figo - Price, When i brought the car 3 years back i paid 6.5Lakh for top end (TITANIUM) diesel with Airbag & ABS. No other manufacturer was giving these features below 7lakh - Big boot - Figo by far has the biggest boot space in the car's in its range - Ford Duratorque Diesel Engine - Absolutely no turbo lag and very efficient engine from Ford. - Bluetooth - 3 years back this was the first small car which came with Bluetooth connectivity. - Hydraulic Steering, this is a boon to drive in Highway. Offers good feedback when compared to electrical steering

What Can Improve

Definitely there is scope for Improvement - Interiors are of poor quality when compared to the competition - Storage space inside - Engineers who designed the interiors need to be nominated with worst design award - Headlight improvement, visibility with stock headlight is very low - Ford After Sales Service needs improvement.

Overall I am very happy with the Car, If you are looking for a small car (diesel) and are ok to take the gamble of Ford After Sales Service and Resale value then don't look elsewhere!

दोस्तों Ford कम्पनी की गाड़ी कभी भूल कर भी मत लीजियेगा ! अपने मित्रों - प्रियजनों को भी इस बारे आगाह अवश्य कीजियेगा ! यह गलती मैंने की और अब, दो वर्ष पूर्व फोर्ड की Figo गाड़ी खरीदने के अपने निर्णय पर पछतावा होता है ! दो वर्ष के अंदर 30000 किलोमीटर ( सिंगल हैंड - स्मूथ ड्राइविंग ) चलने के दौरान ही अनेक दिक्क्तें, ब्रेक सिस्टम, रूटर इत्यादि खराब हो गया, वाइपर रबड़, डोर रबड़, बीडिंग, पैडल रबर इत्यादि सभी रबर पार्ट्स खराब होने लगे ! गाड़ी की माइलेज शुरू से अच्छी नहीं रही ! इस कम्पनी के अधिकृत डीलर और घटिया सर्विस प्रोवाइडर Bhagat Ford चंडीगढ़ , ने गाड़ी के तीन साल के वारंटी पीरियड में होने के बावजूद सभी खराब पार्ट्स को वियर - टियर पार्ट्स बता कर उन्हें वारंटी में दरुस्त करने से इन्कार कर दिया ! अब शायद मुझे कन्ज़यूमर फोरम में शिकायत का ही सहारा लेना पड़ेगा !

Good Value for Money, Balanced city car.

Whats Good
Build Quality, Boot space, Smooth and noise free engine, Good Air conditioning, Low maintenance cost, exterior looks and Interior space can comfortably fit 5 people. Ideal for City usage with occasional long drives.
What Can Improve
Mileage can be improved. engine power is adequate for low frill rides only. Ford Sales persons are not efficient enough to promote & sale this car. Lack of after market accessories fitment.
Ford has superior build quality compared to Swift. It has adequate space in interiors & boot. Diesel engine of Figo is far more powerful and efficient than Swift. People should opt for Figo. But due to inefficient Ford Sales staff sales are not improving.

I got my new Figo just a few days back but soooo happy

Whats Good
It's very zippy. Also, since I got the new kinetic blue am getting lot of attention :)
What Can Improve
Somewhat limited visibility in b pillar. Rear seats should have electric windows,
I suggest the petrol Figo.

car is good but ford company is fraud.... they sold me 2010 in jan 2011 with new revised price..........my car's color is black and due to some manufacturing defect the color of the roof is shedding on its own and have even started on other parts of the body . ford customer care people said that its external damage without physically verifying the car. and after there experts came and checked the paint and said that is not repainted one they are offering me to paint the affected part of the car saying that this they are offering me in good will....... actually they are ****
What Can Improve
head light can be changed a little bit and the part above the wheel should be less protruding and there can be a crome grill infront
