        What Can Improve

        A little more kerb weight which was present in earlier Figo and Fiesta, gives lots of confidence from inside.

        Performance, space, looks, price.

        What Can Improve

        May be projector lamps can be added and floor at rear can be made flat.

        Best value for money car. I took it for 300 km trip and It gave me 26 kmpl of mileage of which 75% of highway and 25% of city traffic travel.

        Power with Millage, you can feel the power in the very first drive, i am getting 17Km in Hyderabad city traffic, I think is good mileage for a month old car, Looks is sexy, cute. Interior is the best in this segment, very silent Cabin, even for Diesel models. Music System is very good

        What Can Improve

        Mileage, customer relation and spare parts management

        I got an accident on 1st of November evening and immediately took it to workshop ( Kaikan Ford) on very next day morning. From the workshop they said as the car is new so they don't have all the spare parts so it will take 3 days to get them. When till 12th the spare parts didn't arrive I had lodged a complaint to Ford India. Ford India's Customer relation person Husna Banu took my case and promised to update me from time to time which she never did. Just when dealership on 17th afternoon received the spare parts then she called to say it will reach in the evening where as matter of fact the parts actually reached workshop. Then on 18th I received the car and the workshop guys honestly told me that one part is still missing and they have fixed the accident affected part till the time the part arrive so that I can use the car till that time. After that Husna Banu called next day that if I am happy with the dealer's repair work, without knowing that still they are waiting for a part from Ford India. When I told her that she promised to look after the matter and again vanished. Till date no reply for my mails not even a call to update me when the part will arrive, if I call they say trying their best without giving a concrete answer. It's 25 days since I took the car to Ford workshop. Please think twice before purchasing a Ford Product. Very sorry to say that too much incompetent people they have employed.

        What Can Improve

        Ford's loyalty benefit policy. Proper clarifications on design and strong connection in design and accessories departments.

        Ford just relies on the paper they have provided called REFERRAL.. when you (FORD) were not providing this thing, were your customers weren't loyal enough to suggest ford to anybody in their circle? My brother did purchase figo a year before when there was no such paper called REFERRAL.. though he suggested and triggered me to ford, Is his loyalty in vain just because of that paper thing? Be good.. Make Customer relations healthy. Also in ambiente, they have given single din music system slot. Ford does not make any single din music system as an accessory. If you have to install ford's system, you have to pay 25K for system which is not having CD/DVD even.. In this amount you can purchase better music system than which is being sold as authorised accessory. Every person at ford told me that it has no connectors provided inside.. A BIG LIE. There are connectors provided separately for music system. Don't be afraid if you are going for the base variant. These things were not taken cared by the company, so I am mentioning it here. For All the newcomers to Ford family.. PLEASE LISTEN.. Dear FORD! it is for your improvement!! ( If you are listening..)
