  • I suggest go ahead blindly. FUSION is a class by itself. I am using it since Jan 2005 and it is a pleasure to drive this. I will also be changing it in January as we have he privilage of changing vehicle every four years. Since mine has run just 21000 and it is as good a brand new I will not sell less than 4Lakh.
    Good luck.

  • Be careful as I know many people have troubles with Fusion from 04/05/06 . Many say that it is not a well engineered vehicle . Just get a good report from a good independent mechanic. Also Ford may change the model since it is there for some years now

  • The Fusion is one of the better engineered Ford cars since it comes from the European Ford design bureau, not the American one. Still, it is not the best value for money you can get for the money you seem to be willing to invest. If you want real value for money and a very good resale value, you might want to consider a car like the Maruti Baleno or the Honda City, both of which are great cars to drive, ultra reliable, and very easy to resell. Moreover, they have much more car features like boot space and comfort compared to the Ford Fusion.

  • Nitin please refer the August Autocar issue and it gives the market price for used car. You can see Fusion of 2005 commands 4.15 Lakhs. Well Fusion is no comparison with Balenoplease. I suggest take the car and go out for a drive and you will appreciate the Engineering. People talking about alignment high fuel consumption looks they have never sat in Fusion. I as a user for the 3 years and 8 Months confirm that there is no problem in alignment at all. The fuel consumption in city with AC is 10.5 to 11KMs per lter and on highway it is 13-14 Kms per liter. City driving is in Pune in traffic please. This is users feed back and not hear say please.
