i am planning to buy second hand Skoda Octav - 9958

i am planning to buy second hand Skoda Octavia rider 1.9 TDI. it has completed 55000KMs and also pls let me knw that is it true that every skoda car clutches needs to be changed after every 75000 kms.kindly tell me what shud be the minimum or maximum price of this car. As he is costing 5.5 for this car with new clutches.

although he car is good but skoda spare parts are very expensive and on top of that the service is really sad. My friend is waiting for the spare part to arrive from czk republic since last 2 weeks for is skoda.so if u buying used skoda be careful on the wear and tear.75000 kms is enough for the clutch to get hard so either to get it done or continue with hardness.what year is the car for price?

The quoting price of 5.5 lac for 2006 Octavia seems to be great considering cost of new car and resale value. However if buying the muchattention is to be given to overall condition of car. Replacement of clutch plate at 75K KM is quite acceptable and is prety good performance too.Main thing is the srvice availability nearby your area and should be prepared for the maintnace cost of around 10K per service.
