First Are you looking for a petrol or diesel car?
If your choise is petrol then Ritz is the best option, it has got proven K-Series engine which pumps 85BHP and very good mileage. If you look Diesel option then Vista is a Value for money although both uses the same FIAT Diesel engine.

RITZ IS A BETTER CAR THAN VISTA, THE ONLY ADVANTAGE VISTA HAS IS ITS LOWER PRICE TAG OTHERWISE TATA VEHICLES ARE USELESS AFTER 40000KMS AND BECOME A REAL HEADACHE FOR ITS OWNERS ,THE MOST UNRELIABLE CARS AND THESE CARS ARE BOUGHT BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE AMPLE TIME VISITING THE MECHANICS ,THERE IS NO RESPECT VALUE ATTACHED TO TATA CARS AND THE RESALE VALUE IS PATHETIC, EVEN MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES REFUSE INSURANCE TO THESE CARS ,SO WHY PUT MONEY ON A CAR WHICH CANNOT GIVE ANYTHING BUT TROUBLE AFTER A FEW YEARS ,BLINDLY OPT FOR THE RITZ ITS A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER CAR THANTHE VISTA.

If you are buying Petrol - take RITZ.More servicable for Petrol than Vista Saffire. ( Also Powerful vehicle than Vista ptrol.)

If Diesel - Go for Vista. Good value for money.

Vista Quadrajet is a clean winner in Deisel version compare to Ritz, but if opt for Petrol version then Ritz will be better option.
