What is the maintainence and success of automatic transmission .Which Small Car is best with automatic transmission in petrol and diesel?

Hi,
The maintenance of automatic transmission version is easy considering the quality of AT manufactured.However incase of major repair/replacement, there would be huge difference withthat of manual transmission versions.
In small cars Hyundai i10 would be the best selection and in diesel AT version small car Hyundai i20 would be best.
