A magna 1.2 i10 car was purchased from Hilton Motors,Trivandrum,Kerala, on 22/09/09, in my wife's name Sheeladevi.K.S and registered as KLO1 AW 3740.The exchange price and corporate bonus have not been received so far even if all the records relating the exchange of the old car was submitted to the dealer by the first week of December 2009 itself.

There seems to be serious negligence from the dealer executives. Please contact the higher management of dealer and insist on solving the problem sooner.

Have u paid full money at the time buying your car or not, becos at the closing the transaction itself, one need to get all the benefits unless something in writing obtained from either party, as most of the dealers will adjust all the benefits like exchange value and corporate discounts at the time of raising the Invoice, and sometime this sales executives will create problems by not giving all the benefits giving some odd reasons that documents are not clear or once the formalities are over will give u these benefits etc., u complain straight away to GM-Marketing or MD straight away and tell him what u assured is not given and also make sure unless I get these benefits within a stipulated time will go consumer court etc., then they will give all the above.

I got this settled at the time of purchase. Usually you should submit the documents to dealer and they shall take care.

You can call Delhi head office and they shall let you know who is the area manager for your place. You can put a word to him or her and you see immediate action by the dealer.

Hyundai has really good after sales service.
