pl check fuel tap clean the bottom of fuel tape .ensure tank not rusted ////
check all coils again replace splendor coil insteed pulsar ..
if bore is week than also slow iddle not work. but ur bike stop some time (( not regular )) so i think it is not a major problem like head bore ..
for iddle increease automatick ly once mech , sets iddle than u dont touch it by urself..
or simplely u may tell ur mech, addjust the air screw wich fitted back side the tool box inside one rubber fitting remove and adjust the coorect idol..
when setting iddle speed than pl ..>> head light on ?? put the bike on stand .. enggage any gear and stop the bike by cluch .. than sett the slowspeed . than ur bike will not stop in running
