it is always possible to do such things but you will have to change the whole system that includes the pulley and the fanbelt which is going to spoil the orignality of ur vehicle and these kind of experimentation is not done with new or lesser used vehicles as the reliabality is badly effected secondally you will be dependent on the particular mechanic or workshop which has done the changes.my advise as a safari dicor owner is to keep the condenser coil clean and dust free which will definitely increase cooling effect ,u can also get good quality certified film on the windows which will cut heat and direct sun effect.
