I want to buy used bike with price range of 2 - 9109

I want to buy used bike with price range of 20000 to 30000 please advise which bike should i buy kindly advise want point i should in to consideration while purchasing a second hand bike. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation

In the range mentioned. Bikes of 125 cc like that of used Honda Shine or Hero Honda Super splendor would be a good choice.
