I have an 30 year old premier padmini. As it is an carburettor engine, will the new BS-IV petrol affect the combustion process, thereby damaging the engine.

please do not use bsiv petrol in that it will not affect car but car will affect petrol lol..

hello mr. balu there is not any problem by using bs 4 petrol .because it have better quality than other...than if u worried about ur car u must be use 20 ml lubricant with ur petrol it gives ur car better performance

yes i don't think that bsiv petrol will do any harm. i myself have a preimer padmini 20 years old & i use both petrol & extra-premium petrol these days.
