If u want a good car with good resale value go for swift desire. Ford fista is a good car but has very poor resale value and model for the same may be changed in near future. Verna as u suggeted is on the way out. Fiat linea is the second choise although here also resale value is poor and in backseat, low height is a problem specially with turbans.

HI Shiva JI thanks a lot for your suggestion i would preferably go for a Linea now.Moreover I have heard that Verna is not very stable at high speeds. Thanks to You too dear Vikramjit for youe valuable suggestion. I already own a Swift VDI. Resale value is not my concern because I am not going to sell it for atleast 5 years. After such a long time resale hardly matters it is almost the same for all the cars in same class. Once again thanks a lot.

Linea is the choice (unless you plan to sell your car & resale is important to you). Over 3 or 4 years, the difference in the resale value of cars is not much. However, there is something called ownership experience, I am a Linea Owner & have enjoyed every moment of my ownership of the Car. Its a joy to see the car in your driveway ! Go for it...
