u can say it is a good bike... but abut the best u have to consider a lot of things like pick up, sitting posture, handling, and maintenance..
pick is not so high as it is a 150cc bike,
sitting posture is not comfortable to everyone,
fuel efficiency is not as good as other 150cc bike,
parts are very costly...

but I did not like this bike................
