TVS Star City being 110 cc bike, expected mileage ranges from 65 to max of 70KMPL. You have not mentioned model of Bajaj, many of the Bajaj bikes comes with tag of DTS-i.However considering you are refering to Discover 100 cc bike, mileage can range from 70 to 75 KMPL max.
