hi shiva, i take test drive of ford figo and tata vista quardejet, i feel ford figo engine noise and body vibration is little more then vista, now i am cunfuse in between these two, which one i purchase

As you have expereienced Figo to be uncomfortable better idea lies in going for Vista only.
