The Verna is tops, however you look at it. In terms of mileage only, you will hear the Fiesta holds top spot, and it is hard to judge resale value since there is such a big drop on all cars these days. But the Verna is a lovely car to drive, reliable, and is definitely the overall best package in this budget range. The Logan, at a lower price point, is also a very good performer, but could suffer from low resale value due to such low sales figures. But it is very good value for money.

Tata Manza

Pro : Fully Loaded with features & mileage of 21-22 Km/Ltr on highway is my bet. Good Engine performance & lots of space @ rear seat & big boot. Even good in ground clearence.

Con : Lags in Acceleration (a bit but only for first 10-12 Sec)

Tata Manza , is the best value for money Diesel engine is superb and ample of space. IT come with The Fiat 1.3 multijet enigine which has great pick up and smooth handling. I use one so i recommend the same to you.

Verna is very expensive for the price.

test drive the manza once and compare the features yourself ,i find it a fairly advanced car featurewise.
