Skoda Laura is a good option. Go ahead with it. It looks much better than Jetta. Moreover VW is reconsidering decreasing prices for Jetta.
Secondly, the suspension of Jetta is too hard and sometimes it look cramped when you sit inside. Have a look at another option of Nissan Teana (nice car).

First of all, Laura can't be compared with Jetta as it's a Octavia class car..

Laura is always better in all aspects.


Else even u can think about Hyundai Sonata Transform -CRDI, which is big, better & reliable than both of these cars..

Of the two cars you have shortlisted, go for VW Jetta without any doubts. It is a much more reliable car than the Laura, and After-Sales service is definitely better than Skoda. You can find a ton of horror stories on the net for Skodas.

I own one,and it is superb.Very well built,very relisable,smooth,quiet and economical.

Looks more modern than Skoda,and will have better quality,and higher resale.

go for the chevy cruze , it is the one which will affordable in all aspects and also it comes in auto transmition also, better than Skoda and Jetta.

i wld suggest you to go for skoda if you looking for performance, the avg of l&k skoda is 23-25 per ltr, secondly it is a strong car.
